Q: I haven't received my tracking number — what should I do?
A: Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. If it's been more than 7 business days since your order, please contact us at contact@giftwharf.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days — is that normal?
A: Yes, it can take 1–3 business days for tracking info to refresh, especially during carrier handoffs or weekends. If it's been longer, contact us and we’ll help check with the shipping provider.

Q: Which shipping company is delivering my order?
A: We work with USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and a direct tracking link.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
