At GiftWharf, every item is made to order with care — just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re always here to help if something goes wrong with your order.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Products
As a print-on-demand store, all of our products are custom-made once you place an order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Order placed by mistake
Please double-check all personalization details and size charts before completing your purchase.
✅ We’ll Make It Right If…
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a printing error
- Different from what you ordered
If this happens, just email us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@giftwharf.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A short description of the problem
We'll get it sorted quickly and hassle-free.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are located in the European Union and purchased a non-customized product, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required.
Important: This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, which make up the majority of what we sell at GiftWharf.
To exercise your right of withdrawal for an eligible item:
- Email us at contact@giftwharf.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the item you wish to return
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back at your own cost
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days.
📦 What If My Package Is Lost?
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, we recommend:
- Double-checking your address and local mailbox or building mailroom
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) directly
If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
