Thank you for shopping with GiftWharf. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy so you know what to expect when you place an order.


Order Processing Time

  • Non-personalized items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Personalized items: Because these products are made just for you, they usually take 3–7 business days to create before shipping. Complex or high-demand designs may take slightly longer.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We work with a network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues, or peak seasonal demand.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We occasionally run promotions offering free shipping on selected products or for orders over a certain amount.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. GiftWharf is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Delays & Exceptions

We aim to meet all delivery estimates, but occasionally delays can occur due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Customs processing

  • Postal strikes or carrier delays

  • Increased seasonal demand

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
